Experience
I have experience in private tutoring in Hong Kong, specializing in IB Humanities and A-level History, as well as experience in online tuition. IB History HL - 7 IB Geography HL - 6 I am very comfortable with teaching Edexcel IGCSE History, alongside Edexcel, AQA and Cambridge AS & A Levels, although I specialize in 1750s-2000s history. I am fluent in English and Cantonese, and I am able to speak in Mandarin and German as well. Teaching and passing on my knowledge has always been a passion of mine. While I do not have previous experiences with tutoring, I believe that I have the skills necessary to connect with children and teenagers in a way that will help them learn more efficiently. I was previously a coach for the school basketball teams and participated in volunteer programmes that have a focus on academic and sports interaction with children and teenagers. I was also the Team Captain for the 24 Hour Race (HK) for GSIS Team 1 and 2, coming in 2nd overall and 1st within the Co-ed group respectively.
